Winter Workouts

Worried about staying in shape over the winter? Interested in training for this year's USRowing Masters National Championships? Want to learn to row but don't want to wait until spring? If so, join us for Winter Workouts at the Cincinnati Rowing and Fitness Center this winter!

Workout are open to both Cincinnati Rowing Club members and non-members. Pedro Palacios, a 17-year rowing athlete (sweeps and sculls) and former Mexican National Team member, will coach our winter workouts. He will be helping us train for both our individual goals as well as organizing boats for spring and summer competition (members only). No prior experience needed.

Cost: $100 for 4 months (Nov 13 - Mar 15) for CRC members
 $150 for 4 months for non-members
This includes unlimited use of the Cincinnati Rowing and Fitness Center for the 4 months PLUS twice weekly coaching by Pedro.

A single session is also available for $15 if you want to try it out before committing to the season.

When: Starting in mid-November
Sessions will be Wednesday nights at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 8 AM.
